3 Potatoes
8 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tsp salt
8 ounces cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups diced ham
1/2 tsp black pepper
Hash potatoes using wet chop method, drain, reserve.
Place eggs, milk, salt and cheese into blender. Blend for 20 seconds.
Reduce speed, remove lid plug, and add onion, potatoes, ham and mix well!
Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake covered 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
