Creamy White Chili



1 pound chicken (cooked)
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
2 cans (15.5 ounces) white beans
2 cans (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 tsp salt
1tsp cumin
1tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
2+ cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)

1. Saute chicken, onion, garlic powder, in vegetable oil in large pot
2. Add white beans, chicken broth, green chiles, salt, cumin, oregano, pepper, and cayenne pepper
3. Boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, remove from heat
4. Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and cheese
