Sweet and Sour Chicken

Here is another recipe my whole family will eat! As long as I'm on an Asian theme....

Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 TB butter
1-2 lbs skinless chicken tenders

sauce:
1/2 c water
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c white vinegar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1/2 c chopped onion

Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Arrange chicken in casserole pan. Stir water into skillet. Simmer and stir to loosen any brown bits. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer slowly 1-2 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes.

Service with potstickers and rice of your choice (I prefer black rice. Yum!)
