Texas Sheet Cake.

Stir together:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Mix the following ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until they boil and then pour them over the above mixture and stir together:
2 cubes margarine or butter
1 cup water
4 Tablespoons cocoa

Then add the following and mix everything together:
1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Spread into jelly roll pan and Bake at 400º for 20 minutes

For frosting:
Melt the following
1 cube margarine or butter
4 Tablespoons cocoa
6 Tablespoons buttermilk
And then add:
1lb powdered sugar
Pour over cake while hot!
