Steel cut oats

This is another fix it and walk away recipe that I tried yesterday and it worked great.

Using a rice cooker, add one part steel cut oats to three parts water (I added a bit more water because I like mine creamy). Add about 1/2 tsp salt. Stir and put on lid. Set to brown rice setting and you're good to go. It takes about an hour but makes a perfect batch of steel cut oats. Store in the fridge a week. Heat portions all week long.

There are unlimited variations you can do with the oats. Choose a fresh fruit, add a sweetener (honey, brown sugar, maple syrup etc) and you're good to go! I like them without milk but go ahead and add some if you want.
