Tony's Salsa



6 28-ounce cans of whole peeled tomatoes
3 to 4 4-ounce cans of fire roasted whole chiles
3 large white onions
4 to 5 bunches of green onions
2 bunches of cilantro
3 to 6 jalapenos
6 tsp of garlic salt
3 tsp of salt


open cans and drain all juices and wash all fresh items
chop green onions, white onion, and cilantro
chop off tops of jalapenos
place chopped green onion, white onion, and cilantro in a large bowl
place one jalapeno, one can of green chiles, one can of tomatoes , one
teaspoon of garlic salt and half teaspoon of salt in a blender, pulse until chunky and dump in the large bowl- repeat until all indgredients are in the large bowl together
stir
to serve put small amount in bowl and squeeze half limes worth of juice on top and eat with chips
